Faulty or Damaged Items
If your journal arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To process this, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at usafestoreeg@gmail.com , with clear photos of the issue. we will review your request and provide further instructions.
Package Handling
packages cannot be opened before payment to the delivery carrier. This ensures that all items remain sealed, authentic, and tamper-free until received by the customer.
